You say you want serious answers only, but I would ask you, are you serious??? Not only would you be cheating on your wife, and with another man's wife, but you are getting involved with a coworker, and an unstable one at that. So, in addition to risking your own marriage and her husband finding out and king-hitting you or the like, you would be risking your job and/or your professional success. Co-workers will have dirt on you to mis-use when they need a favour or want something from you, or might lose respect for you, or might develop a conscience and tell your wife. Or their wives and girlfriends might if they tell them. And then there is the unstable co-worker. From what you say, who knows what she might do...... Really, sounds like no point appealing to your sense of decency and respect for your wife, because you don't seem to have any for her. so maybe the risks to you are enough to get you to draw the line this time and not go there with the unstable co-worker.
