WHATS A WEBSITE YOU CAN GO TO DOWNLOAD PHOTOSHOP FREE?
You can get a trial version from the Adobe website (URL in sources). On the left of the page there is a link that says "TRY NOW"... I don't know if you have windows or a mac, but pick the appropriate one...
As for a full version completely free, the only way to do that is illegally and I wouldn't talk about that stuff on this website... People watch, youfree photoshop know...
If you are going to school for graphics, you can buy an educational copy for pretty cheap. And some of the books for Photoshop and illustrator classes come with special versions of the programs for students enrolled in those classes....

i took my laptop to school and had some nerd copy it over for me.
Yahoo's Picasa program is great. And it's free.
download.com? I'm not sure but its a great program and try hard to get it.
Or borrow it from a friend, local school....or anywhere
